Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups of presifted, self-rising flour
  • 8 oz of coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut extract
  • 1.5 cups of shredded coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Fill cupcake cups to 2/3 full and bake for 28 minutes at 350 degrees.
