Olive-garlic tapenade

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 c. pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put garlic in food processor until chopped. Add the olives, vinegar and olive oil in processor until spreadable but not smooth.
