Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1-1/2 cups coconut cream
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup tequila
Preparation
Step 1
Toast 1/4 cup coconut and reserve.
Blend all but tequila until smooth.
Pour into pitcher; add 1 cup tequila. Stir; chill.
Stir again before serving in glasses rimmed with toasted coconut.
Makes 4.
