Ingredients
- 3 oz. chopped Pancetta
- 1 Tblsp olive oil
- 1 small thinly sliced onion
- 1 pck chopped spinach
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chopped Pancetta in the oil for 1 minute. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Add chopped spinach to the pan and wilt it. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
