Oat-coconut smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 4 tbspn coconut oil
  • 2 tbspn honey
  • 2/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
