  • pam
  • 6 4 oz skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 3 ounces feta cheese 3/4 c

Preparation

Step 1

Coat large skillet with Pam, place over medium heat til hot. Add seasoned chicken & saute & min on each side til done, set aside, tent, keep warm. Thicken milk with cornstarch.
