Ingredients
- 2 English cukes, peeled and chopped
- 1 avaocado, peeled
- 1/2 c low fat greek yogurt
- 2 T fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 t grated lemon zest
- 3 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In blender, puree all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper Add water if needed for consistency. Chill.
