Ingredients
- 4 C. fresh fruit
- 3 C. frozen, pitted cherries, thawed
- 1 C. white sugar
- 1/2 C dried cherries or cranberries
- 1 tblsp. flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 C. regular oats
- 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 tblsp cold butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl. Toss gently to coat fruit. Spoon fruit mix into baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine next ingredients through extract. Cut in butter. Sprinkle oat mixture over top.
Bake 45 minutes.
