BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • can cream of celery soup
  • can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 10 oz. pkg chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. cheese whiz

Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery and onions in margarine. Cook broccoli 5 minutes. Heat soups and cheese whiz together. Mix everything together and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
