Crock Pot - Pot Roast of Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4lb) boneless beef roast
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put vegetables in bottom of stoneware. Salt & pepper meat, then place in pot on top of vegetables. Add liquid. Cover & cook on high for 6 hours & on low for 10 hours.
