Ingredients
- 12 ounces mushroom
- 1/2 cup dry marsala
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat skillet over high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring often, until browned, about 5 min. Remove from skillet.
2. Add marsala, broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes until reduced to about half.
3. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted. Spoon over meat. Top with mushrooms
