Bacon and Double Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust (9 inch), prebaked
  • 10 strips bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup colby cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. In medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp, 8-10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.

2. Whisk together eggs, cream, thyme, and pepper. Pour into crust, crumble bacon and cheese on egg mixture. Bake about 30 minutes.
