HORSERADISH

  • 2 Medium pieces of horseradish
  • 4-5 Beets
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Soak horseradish in water for at least one day so it will softened enough to peel. Cut up in small pieces & grate (use food processor, it’s easier). Boil beets until tender. Cool & peel. Grate beets also. Add some vinegar, salt & sugar.
