Step 1
Cook 2 cups corn and sete aside. In bowl mix 1/4 c chopped red onion, 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp finely chopped jalepeno, 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves. WE TRIED THIS 1/8/13 AND JACKIE AND I LIKED IT BUT THE KIDS DID NOT.
