Jeans Pork Chops (Crock pot)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1 T salt
  • 11/2 t dry mustard
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 6-8 1 inch thick pork chops
  • 2 T oil
  • 151/2 oz can of chicken and rice soup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Brown in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker. Add soup. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 31/2 hours.
