Ingredients
- 3 Pink Lady apples
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 1 1/2 T honey
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 bunches kale, stemmed and chopped
- 1/4 c shaved gouda
Preparation
Step 1
Cut apples into 1/4 inch rings.
Whisk together lemon juice and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add kale and apples; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hrs. Add gouda.
