Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2/3 c raisins
- 2 c grated carrots
- 1 c pineapple chunks
- Dressing:
- 1/3 c mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients and mix into salad ingredients. Best if can sit in refrigerator for several hours to overnight.
