Ingredients

  • 2 T. minced garlic
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 T. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450*. Grease a large casserole dish. Place the olive oil and garlic into large resealable bag. Add cauliflower and shake to mix. Pour into prepared casserole dish and season with salt & pepper. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with Parmesan cheese & parsley and broil 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
