Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 red pepper
- 8 oz. brown rice macaroni
- 1 c veganaise
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp chives
- 1 Tbsp dill pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1
cook macaroni and rinse with cold water.
chop celery and red pepper
mix remaining ingredients
add celery and red pepper and mix until coated.
chill in refrigerator
