Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 cup Mashed Potato Flakes
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients. Add chicken in two batches; shake to coat. In a shallow bowl, beat egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with potato flakes. Pour butter into a 9x13 baking dish; add chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken over; bake 15 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
