Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 TBS tobasco brand green pepper sauce
- 5 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 2 TBS real bacon bits
- 2 TBS finely chopped green onion
- 1/8 tst freshly ground pepper
- 4 silces crusty sourdough bread, toasted
- 6 asparagus spears, blanched and cut in half lengthwise
Preparation
Step 1
mix all together, spread on bread, top wtih asparagus spears
