Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 425*
toss all ingredients together and place on rimmed baking sheet and roast till sprouts are golden and crisp-tender, ~15 min.
