Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips Chips

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Water
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • Salsa
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples
  • 1 c. strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small orange
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 2 T. apple jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Brush tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into wedges and bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Peel, core and dice or chop apples, kiwi, and strawberries. Zest orange. Juice orange. Combine fruit, zest, juice, brown sugar, and apple jelly. Serve fruit salsa with cinnamon chips.
