Ingredients
- Egg noodles
- Fresh pack (canned) sockeye salmon
- Hard boiled eggs
- Minced sweet onion
- Sliced celery
- Chopped green pepper
- Sweet Pickle relish
- Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and cool. Cook, cool and chop eggs.
Combine all ingredients to taste Season with salt and pepper, also add sweet pickle juice and mustard if desired.
