Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • Egg noodles
  • Fresh pack (canned) sockeye salmon
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Minced sweet onion
  • Sliced celery
  • Chopped green pepper
  • Sweet Pickle relish
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles and cool. Cook, cool and chop eggs.
Combine all ingredients to taste Season with salt and pepper, also add sweet pickle juice and mustard if desired.
