Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sugar snap peas
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T chopped shallots
- 1 t chopped fresh thyme
- kosher salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread peas in a single layer on a medium cookie sheet,brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with shallots,thyme and salt.
Bake 6-8 min in the preheated oven,until tender but firm.
