Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Lemon wedges
- French bread
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sauce ingredients and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Add shrimp and toss. Refrigerate 1 hour. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once. Garnish with lemon and use sauce for dipping bread.
