Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Meatballs (separate recipe in Mom's Recipes)
  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 lbs of Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 3/4 tsp of Paprika
  • 1 Cup of Beef Stock
  • 2 Tbsp of Flour
  • 1/3 Tbsp of Worcestershire
  • 1/4 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1/2 lb of Cooked Egg noodles of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Onions and Mushrooms in Butter.
Stir in Flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Gradually add Beef Stock.
Add Worcestershire, Salt, and Pepper.
Add Meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add Sour Cream and noodles just before serving.
