Ingredients
- 1 lb of Meatballs (separate recipe in Mom's Recipes)
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
- 1/2 lbs of Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 3/4 tsp of Paprika
- 1 Cup of Beef Stock
- 2 Tbsp of Flour
- 1/3 Tbsp of Worcestershire
- 1/4 Cup of Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp of Butter
- 1/2 lb of Cooked Egg noodles of your choice

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Onions and Mushrooms in Butter.
Stir in Flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Gradually add Beef Stock.
Add Worcestershire, Salt, and Pepper.
Add Meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add Sour Cream and noodles just before serving.
