Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (19oz) can Enchilada sauce.
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans
- 1 pkg. flour tortilla
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain. Add black beans ¾ cup enchilada sauce & 1 cup cheese.
Spoon mixture in tortilla and roll with seam down in lightly greased pan.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce & cheese over tortillas.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
