Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sweet potates, cooked
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 8 tblsps. butter, divided
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tblsps. fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Saute' garlic in 1 tblsp. of butter for 2 minutes, in a deep enough pot to hold the potatoes
Add potatoes to garlic and add remaining butter, sour cream and salt
Mash thoroughly in the pot
Fold in cilantro
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy
