Chiquita banana oatmeal smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 whole babanas
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/3 cup yogurt - preferably greek
  • 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingrediants adding ice last
30 sec on high or until smoothie thickens

For mom's, I used frozen bananas and reduced the ice. Then added 3 cups of spinach.

For mine, I used plain yogurt and steel cut oatmeal cooked
