Ingredients

  • 2

    whole babanas

  • 2

    cups ice

  • cup yogurt - preferably greek

  • ½

    cup cooked oatmeal

  • cup almonds

Directions

Blend all ingrediants adding ice last 30 sec on high or until smoothie thickens *** For mom's, I used frozen bananas and reduced the ice. Then added 3 cups of spinach. *** For mine, I used plain yogurt and steel cut oatmeal cooked
