Ingredients
- Chianti Vinaigrette:
- 8-10 lamb ribs
- olive oil
- fresh chopped rosemary
- minced garlic
- balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups Chianti
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper ribs and marinate in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and rosemary.
Grill to medium rare.
Meanwhile, place wine in sauce pan over medium high and boil gently until reduced to 1 cup, about 15 minutes. Turn off heat and whisk in honey until dissolved. Add rosemary, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Serve as dipping sauce with lamp chops or drizzle over meat.
