Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 2 pints berries
- 1 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar & water in saucepan, stirring until dissolved. Simmer 4 mins. Refrigerate until cooled. Place strawberried in blender, cover and puree. Combine syrup & strawberries in bowl; stir in lemon juice. Spoon into 9 x 9 x 2 metal pan. Freeze 2 hrs.
