Ingredients
- Graham cracker crust
- 1 lb strawberries, halved
- 1 T finely grated lime zest (3 limes)
- 1/4 c fresh lime juice
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 T tequila
- 2 T triple sec or Cointreau
- 1 1/2 c chilled heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Puree strawberries, zest, lime juice, condensed milk, tequila & liqueor in blender until smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Beat cream until stiff. Fold 1/3 cream into strawberry mix, then next 1/3, then final amount. Pour filling into crust, mound slightly, then freeze uncovered until firm (4 hrs.). Remove from freezer and soften in refrig about 40 mins.
