Strawberry Amaretto Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup crushed hulled strawberries
• 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
• 1/4 up amaretto liqueur
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. ln a small bowl, combine strawberries, sugar and amaretto; mix well and set aside.

2. Blend cream cheese and sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth. Add strawberry mixture,
blending well; fold in walnuts.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with:
pieces of fresh pineapple & banana or
graham crackers or
vanilla waffers
