Haddock Chowder

When you take out too much fish this makes a great dish to
use up the other fillets.

Ingredients

  • 2 -cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • Milk (2 1/2 soup cans)
  • onion
  • minced gsrlic
  • dill weed
  • parsley flakes
  • Haddock or other white fish (thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

sautee onion and garlic with veg. oil until tender
add milk/soups, dill weed and parsley flakes. Bring to a boil.
Add fish and cook over medium heat 30-40 minutes until fish is flakey and/or done.
