Haddock Chowder

When you take out too much fish this makes a great dish to
use up the other fillets.

Ingredients
- 2 -cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- Milk (2 1/2 soup cans)
- onion
- minced gsrlic
- dill weed
- parsley flakes
- Haddock or other white fish (thawed)

Preparation
Step 1
sautee onion and garlic with veg. oil until tender
add milk/soups, dill weed and parsley flakes. Bring to a boil.
Add fish and cook over medium heat 30-40 minutes until fish is flakey and/or done.
