Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups squash, sliced
  • 1 med. Onion cut up
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

cook squash and onions until tender. Melt buter and mix with dressing mix (set aside enough for top). Mix squash and onions with egg, cheese, chicken soup, mayonnaise, and ¾ of dressing mix in casserole dish. Cover with remaining dressing mix. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
