Strawberry Soup

Ingredients

• 1.4 Lt Fresh Strawberries
• 1 Vanilla Bean
• 200 g Sugar
• 30 ml Balsamic Vinegar
• 30 ml Grenadine
• 56 g Lemon Juice
• 115 g White Wine

-Combine all ingredients and cook on low heat. Puree and strain.
