Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs sausage
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp fresh sage
- 2 14 oz chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
Fry onion, garlic, sage until golden
Add sausage with salt and pepper
Cook until browned
Add tomatoes, wine and paste
Boil and simmer
Serve with fusilli
