Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups suagr
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups pureed pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, water, egg, and pumpkin. Sift all dry ingredients together in another large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir in buts; mix well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
