Scallops, sauteed

  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 lb scallops

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and whole sprigs of rosemary. Add scallops, cook for 2 mins on each side. Remove the garlic and rosemary; serve.
