Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes (9 lg.)
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 2 t. onion salt
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 T. margarine or butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling salt water until tender. Drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator to be prepared within a few days.
To use, place desired amount in a greased casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 30 minutes.
