Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 # bacon-use 1/2 of the grease (1/2 - 1/3 cup)
- 1 large onion chopped
- Parsley flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 T flour
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatos, cool and peel and cut into chunks
Brown bacon amd onion and crumble bacon, add sugar, water and vinegar. Mix flour and water. Make sure mixture is boiling before you add flour/water mixture. Salt and pepper to taste (1tsp salt) and pour over potatoes and sprinkle with parsley
