Seafood Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 c cooked chopped shrimp
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 c grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
  • 1/4 c scallions, chopped
  • Two 24 in baguettes, sliced, buttered & toasted
  • 2 t curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine shrimp, mayo, mustard, curry powder, chestnuts & scallions. Spoon 1 T of this filling on each slice of toasted baguette.

Bake at 400 until golden brown, 10 min.
