- 1 c cooked chopped shrimp
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 c grated Swiss cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
- 1/4 c scallions, chopped
- Two 24 in baguettes, sliced, buttered & toasted
- 2 t curry powder
Combine shrimp, mayo, mustard, curry powder, chestnuts & scallions. Spoon 1 T of this filling on each slice of toasted baguette.
Bake at 400 until golden brown, 10 min.
