Pizza Style Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package mostaccioli, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 pound italian sausage
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 14 1/2 ounce can Del Monte Fresh Cut Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In nonstick skillet, over high heat, brown sausage and mushrooms about 8 minutes. Add tomatoes and italian seasoning. Cook additional 2 minutes.

Place half the cooked pasta in 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cup cheese. Then add remaining pasta.

Top with tomato mixture and remaining cheese.

Bake for 5 minutes at 450
