Ingredients

  • 1 IB pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.
Cover a small baking sheet with foil and place pork on the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and rub the remaing spices on the tenderoin. Bake until thermometer reads 155 and let rest for 20 mins before serving.
