Ingredients
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T yellow mustard
- 2/3 T maple syrup
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T diced dry onions
- 1 1/2 T garlic salt or powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and pour over Tenderloin in slow cooker, low for 6 hours
